  • IAU World 100km Championships, Sveti Martin na Muri, Croatia (representing GB&NI) - 51st (6th W45 in World Masters Championship) 

2017
  • Anglo Celtic Plate (representing England) and British 100km Championships - gold medal.
  • Fuxian Lake 50km international invitational race, China (4th place)
2015
  • IAU World & European 100k Championships, Winschoten, Netherlands (representing GB&NI) - 10th (7th European and World Masters W40 silver medal)
2013
  • IAU European 100k Championships, Belves, France (representing GB&NI) - bronze medal. (6th on UK all-time rankings and UK W40 age best).
  • Won the Coventry, Solihull & Warwickshire Sportswoman of the Year award.
  • Won the Warwickshire AA 'Ellis Trophy' which is awarded for the most outstanding performance by a Warwickshire athlete in any discipline anywhere in the world, and became the only athlete (& only female) to win it more than once.
2012
  • Cotswold 35 mile Ultra; 1st female (4th overall) 4:06:15.  Was then selected to run for Great Britain in the IAU World 100km Championships but unfortunately had to withdraw due to injury.
2011
  • IAU World and European 100k championships, Winschoten, Netherlands (representing GB&NI) - 21st female and team European silver medal.
  • IAU 50k World Trophy Final, Assen, Netherlands (representing England) - silver medal.
  • Comrades Marathon (87k), South Africa - 13th female (240th overall), 7hrs 11.45.
2010
  • IAU 50k World Trophy Final, Galway, Ireland (representing England) - gold medal and set a new UK Best, English National Record and World Masters Best time, and was ranked no. 1 in the World for 2010 (3hrs 15.43).
  • Shortlisted for the IAU Ultra-runner of the Year Award.
  • Won the Warwickshire AA 'Ellis Trophy' which is awarded for the most outstanding performance by a Warwickshire athlete in any discipline anywhere in the world.
  • Won the Warwick District Sports Personality Award.
  • Represented England in a home countries international half-marathon in the Dunfermline Half-Marathon; 3rd female.
2009
  • Was ranked no. 1 in the UK over 20 miles, which also placed me 10th on the UK 'All-time' ranking list for that distance, and 2nd on the UK 'All-time' list for the Masters age group.
2008
  • Was made a Life Member of Leamington Cycling & Athletics Club in recognition of my international achievements and loyalty to the club.
2007
  • Represented England in the Reims Half-marathon; 4th female (1st European female).
2006
  • Represented Great Britain & NI in the Toronto Waterfront marathon, against teams from Canada, USA and Mexico, (7th female).
  • Hamburg Marathon - Personal Best 2:36:13. 
2005
  • Amsterdam Marathon; 3rd female (2:38:23) - my highest placing in a city Marathon, and got to stand on the podium in the 1928 Olympic Stadium, where the race also started and finished (and lined up next to Haile Gebrselassie at the start!)
  • Selected as non-travelling reserve for the Great Britain & NI team for the World Half-Marathon Championships.
  • National Cross-Country Championships, Cofton Park, Birmingham - finished 10th.
2004
  • Represented Great Britain & NI in the International Peace Marathon in Kosice, Slovakia (my first GB&NI representative); 2nd female, 2:37:00.
  • Midland Counties AA Cross-country Champs - 1st female (& first athlete, male or female, in 76 years of Leamington C&AC history to win a Senior Midland XC Championship.)
2003
  • Ran in the first ever Beirut Marathon; 4th female 2:47:08.
2002
  • Great North Run - 10th female (2nd Brit.), PB 73:43 (& got a mention by Steve Cram / Brendan Foster in the TV commentary!)
2001
  • Ran my first marathon (Hans Christian Andersen Marathon, Odense, Denmark); 3rd female, 2:48:53.
2000
  • Represented Midland Counties AA in Ghent, Belgium - my first race abroad.  3000m - 1st (9:44:65)
1993
  • Represented England in the AAA v. Combined Services v. Civil Service Cross-country at Plymouth; 5th place.
  • Represented England in the Home Countries International Cross-Country at Carmarthen (England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales); 4th place.
1998
  • AAA Indoor Championships 3000m - bronze medal (9:39:18)
1986
  • My first ever race for Leamington Cycling & Athletics Club - Midland Women's League Cross-Country at Newbold Comyn, Leamington (finished 19th).
